3 — Manage the Meeting

2 — Contract & Plan
Once the venue is selected, RTB360 reviews the proposed terms and coordinates the planning process, keeping contractual commitments, meeting requirements, and budget aligned as details are finalized.
4 — Close It Out
Following the meeting, RTB360 reviews the final invoice against the contract and approved charges, identifies discrepancies when necessary, and coordinates final reconciliation.
