Rhonda Blake brings more than 30 years of hospitality leadership experience spanning business development, sales and marketing, operations, and conference center management.
Throughout her career, she has led multimillion-dollar operations, built new business opportunities, developed high-performing teams, and strengthened revenue and client relationships.
She founded RTB Hospitality Consulting to bring that experience directly to organizations seeking a trusted partner who understands the business and knows how to turn strategy into action.
